These terms cover Our AdBoard. If you create an account or place an ad, you agree to these terms.

The board shows text links and banner images supplied by members. A number of visitors, clicks, or sales is not promised.

You will not post adult content, illegal offers, malware, hate, or claims you know are false. Any ad may be edited, rejected, or removed, and an account that breaks these rules may be closed.

Free posting follows the wait time and display time shown on the site. Pro is a one-time upgrade at the price shown when you confirm it. Premium text ads and banner packages are separate purchases at the prices shown on the order form.

If demonstration payments are switched on, an order can activate without money changing hands. If they are switched off, the order waits until an administrator approves it.

Referral commissions are credited once, into the board balance, when a member you referred buys Pro. The rate depends on your membership at that time. Balances can be withdrawn to PayPal when they reach the minimum and after review. A payout that looks fraudulent may be refused.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for lost profits, lost clicks, or member sites that go offline.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the board after an update means you accept the new terms.
